Every Siruvani product is handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques. We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on the device’s screen settings and lighting conditions.

3. Pricing
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added during checkout where applicable.

4. Orders & Payments
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • We accept secure online payments through authorised payment gateways. Siruvani Fancy Handloom Products does not store your card or banking information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Delivery time varies between 3 to 7 working days within India.
  • Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier issues are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
  • As our products are handcrafted, returns and exchanges are accepted only if:
    • You receive a damaged product.
    • You receive the wrong item.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us with clear photographs.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
