Refund/ Returns/ Cancellation Policy

• All sales at Siruvani are final. We have a no refund/cancellation policy.
• Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
• In the rare case that there is a defective issue with the parcel, we will definitely replace it.
• Siruvani reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

Exchange Requirements

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item (wrong color or design).
• The product has a genuine defect or damage.
• The product must be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging. Please share a clear picture.
• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• Slight variations in color, print or texture are natural in handmade fabrics and are not considered defects.
• For return, please mail siruvaanifancyfabrics@gmail.com with your original order number along with return reason. Mail subject line should have ‘RETURN – name – order number’.
• Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organised by you – the customer.
• The return parcel must be couriered within 3 days of receiving the parcel. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
